Nortada is a private investment company founded in 2009 by a group of entrepreneurs united by a desire to help Russian industrial companies create high-tech products and solutions that are competitive in the global market.
Nortada offers the following types of investments: portfolio investments (acquisition of shares in a business), lending to projects or activities and project investments within the framework of joint activities.
We dive deeply into each project to determine the best long-term business scaling strategy, help in improving individual corporate processes, provide support in all aspects of operational activities, including organising R&D, conducting pilots with industrial customers.

We invest in projects at different stages of development, from pre-seed to late seed. - Market. We are looking for projects that operate in markets with high commercial potential and intense growth dynamics.
The process of concluding an investment deal can take from several months to a year. The timing depends on whether the project has developed investment materials: financial model, legal structure, product presentations, etc. Here are the main stages of the project review procedure we follow:
- STEP 1. Initial analysis of the project for compliance with the criteria and focus of the fund.
- STEP 2. Substantive discussion of the project with representatives of the technology company based on the results of the analysis.
- STEP 3. Receiving feedback from scientific and industrial experts of the foundation.
- STEP 4. Investment Committee, where the main terms of the transaction are approved and Due Diligence begins.
- STEP 5. Second Investment Committee - a decision on investment is made.
- STEP 7. Legal registration of the transaction.

We help with legal issues, we are ready to take over the organization of financial management. We actively participate in the promotion and sales of solutions for the projects under consideration already at the pre-investment stage.
